modif to handle rsbac_jail() instead of chroot()

Hello all

I have written a little modif to handle rsbac_jail instead of chroot() syscall.
for now i only applied change to mod_chroot for apache 1.3 i would write a
version for apache 2.0 soon.

Of course you need a rsbac patched kernel to use it.

I you want the archives please just ask (as make a patch is for now a bit
messy ;-)) but might be possible soon also

Could you Show Us The Source (tm)? If you make a clean patch, I'll put
a link on mod_chroot homepage...
